Thanks to Sujata Medepali, I was invited to learn how to “cook Indian” at her side while I lived in Bombay. Sujata is a Delhi Girl and taught me how to replicate many vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

I was honored to have Esperance Mohanan, a Goa Girl, work for me when we lived in Mumbai. Her incredible Goan food introduced a new form of Indian cuisine to our family, friends and visiting business associates.
